Kristen Anne Bell, born July 18, 1980 [1in the United States of America, is an American actress. Her acting career began by performing in stage productions when she was attending the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, she made her Broadway stage debut in the role of Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and was a part of the Broadway revival of The Crucible the following year. After starring in the action-thriller Spartan (2004), she was praised for her performance in Gracie's Choice (2004). She then made her stage debut on Broadway as Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. In the following year she was cast as a character in the television show for teenagers, Veronica Mars (2004). Her performance received critical acclaim and a Saturn Award nomination for Best Actress on TV. The part that she played in the 2014 film was recast and revived for the 2019. Bell starred from 2007 to 2008 as Elle Bishop in Heroes, the superhero drama. Bell played the narrator of Heroes in the Teen Drama series Gossip Girl, reprising the role in the sequel in 2021. Bell was also Showtime comedy House of Lies' lead actress, Jeannie van de Hooven. Bell was a part of Eleanor Shellstrop in the NBC comedy series The Good Place. This role was nominated for a Golden Globe Award. Bell was also the main character on the streaming show The Woman in the house across the street from the Girl in the Window.
